Real Good Labs ([ABN to be supplied]) is a digital marketing consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you ask for a callback), your business or website, and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services. We won’t add you to a marketing list, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our email:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- [Resend], which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace, where we receive and store email.
- Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising (see below).
These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies from Google and Meta to understand how people use this site and to measure and improve our advertising:
- Google Analytics, to see which pages are visited and how people find us.
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure enquiries from our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
These tools collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location. They don’t give us your name or contact details. Google and Meta may combine it with information they already hold, under their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, manage Google ad personalisation in My Ad Center, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
If you change the site’s colour theme, that choice is saved in your own browser so it’s remembered next time. It isn’t sent to us.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to run our business, then delete them.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing miles@realgoodlabs.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, please email us first at miles@realgoodlabs.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
